Holistic treatment can be a moment of care and relaxation, a pain and tension release, or it can be more profound experience of releasing emotional burden and recognising dysfunctional programming, in order to start a transformation process.

As a healer my goal is to initiate, assist and support lasting changes and help you find the best ways to work for your own wellbeing and development. In addition, I offer help for anything that is giving you pain or discomfort in this moment, if it's in my power.

I am a professional masseuse (since 2004) and lymphatic therapist (since 2012). I have also studied Indian head massage, fascia release, negative pressure treatment with device (Lymphatouch) plus TMJ massage for releasing tension and pains caused by clenching teeth/ stressed jaw. For energy healing I have developed my own method after doing some independent studies and consulting other healers. My own recovery from mold illness (2017) by the help of DNRS -brain retraining program gave me a whole new insight of health and triggered new abilities to give healing treatment on an energy level.  

When you come to a treatment, you can either choose a specific modality you want me to use, or give me free hands to use which ever techniques I feel is best for your situation. Often I like to do a fusion of different methods.  

For massage I use natural oils, sometimes adding essential oil by wish. If you would like to add hot stones or negative pressure to your treatment, please ask when you make your booking.

For those who don't live in Tampere area, I offer distance healing as well. When working purely on energy level, one doesn't need to be in the same space physically - as weird as it may sound. To have a distance healing session, you need to book appointment for a time when you can be in a relaxed position and have a phone connection with me for a pre- and after-chat. One session will take 45-60 min including the chat. Note that the treatment might make you feel quite sleepy, so it's better to book also some time for resting afterwards.

Please note that there are some contraindications for massage and lymphatic drainage. Acute infection restricts both treatments, but for others issues please check here. In many cases when massage is not recommended, lymphatic drainage is still okay/beneficial. 

Energy healing can be done as long as you are not suffering a contagious condition, or have significant trauma that has never been dealt with (I don't have resources to offer after-treatment support, which might be needed in that case).

• If you wish to visit Holiday Club Hotel Spa  in Lapinniemi (2 km from the centre of Tampere), you can contact me directly or use hotel's own online booking. The spa is a luxurious relaxing place, but it has higher operating costs for wellbeing service providers, which affects the prices available in this location. But if you wish to enjoy some spa time and have a quality treatment, I'm at your service there as well.
